At first, I was completely satisfied with the service, testing 20 proxies, and then I ordered another 100 for a month — there were no issues at all. However, difficulties began when I decided to get another 100 proxies from the same region. Support simply said it was my fault and offered no help. Then, I tested proxies from a different region and ordered 100 again — everything was great. When their validity expired, I decided to get 100 proxies from the same region again, and once more I faced problems. In the end, support claimed it was my fault again, and the most they could do was refund me for 20 proxies. Overall, there’s zero loyalty: I spent almost 15 thousand on proxies (which I planned to do every month), but they just don’t care. Of course, they don’t conduct diagnostics for access to specific services, that’s not true. It’s very disappointing that the service itself is good, but there are issues with some proxies, and I don’t understand why they couldn’t be replaced.
