The transaction got stuck, even though the money was already deducted, and a refund has not been processed yet. For another purchase of city proxies (I ordered a specific city), I was given completely different ones, including an IP from Crimea. They justify it by saying that IPs are resold between providers. When I asked about checking before selling, they replied, "Are you joking?" The level of qualification is zero. There is no loyalty either. Customer orientation is nonexistent. They didn't even offer to exchange. A refund is only possible within 4 hours and for purchases of less than 10 items. In the end: for the first order — they didn't refund the money, and it's unclear if they will at all; for the second order — wasted money, as the city match is extremely low.
