The average number of publications significantly exceeds the stated 15, sometimes by 2 or even 3 times. News has repeatedly made it to the aggregators of Yandex, Mail, and Rambler. The services lack a bit of comprehensiveness, but work is being done on that as well. I recently received an announcement about a new link-building service, and I plan to give it a try; we'll see what comes of it. However, I will only be able to assess the results in a few months.
