I wanted to withdraw 350 WMR to my PrivatBank card through this site. I filled everything out correctly and paid via Merchant as suggested on the site. It was stated that the transfer is automatic and the money would be credited to the account within 1 minute. Two hours passed, and the money did not arrive on the card, and the technical support was completely silent. If the money doesn't come, I will file a complaint through Arbitration and block the wallet.
PS: More than 12 hours have passed, and the money still hasn't arrived on the card, nor has it returned to the wallet. There has been no response from technical support, and they are not answering messages in the keeper either. I am figuring out with WebMoney's technical support how to proceed. I have screenshots and the payment receipt if necessary for the Arbitration.
PPS: At 11 AM, after sending them another email promising to file a complaint with WebMoney Arbitration to block their wallet, the site's technical support responded and refunded the money.
