It seems something has happened with popolni.com.ua. Until yesterday, everything was working fine; after transferring money through e-wallets, I would instantly receive an SMS confirming that my mobile account was topped up. But yesterday, I never received the SMS, and my mobile account wasn't topped up! There is only an email address [email protected].com for communication, but I haven't received a response to my inquiry. There is no option for online feedback. So, it's better not to take risks and avoid using popolni.com.ua. If anyone has managed to contact the admin of popolni.com.ua, please share in the reviews.
