We approached this printing house to print a batch of catalogs, needing only 300 copies, so not everyone wanted to take on such an order. The manager, a young woman, clarified everything in detail, pointed out some nuances that we hadn't considered, and we agreed on everything and placed the order. We received our catalogs a week later, although the initial timeframe was within 10 days. The quality pleasantly surprised us; everything was done simply magnificently.
