I received an account with a security question, but I couldn't change any details because they didn't provide the answer. I wrote to the website, to the group, and to a representative in private messages, but mostly I didn't get any replies. Eventually, I did get a response on the website, and they told me to go to ea.com and write in the chat that I forgot the answer. I quote: "Just tell them in the chat, they will only ask for your date of birth or the game key, which you can find in the account details." In the end, I wrote to them, and they told me that without access to the email, they couldn't help me in the chat unless they first sent a recovery message to the email. The account owner logged into the email, saw it, and changed the password. They offered me an alternative game bundle instead of Battlefield, but why would I want that? Conclusion: they respond reluctantly, the description is inaccurate, and the prices are quite high for this. An account without the answer to the security question is not worth 120 rubles. And in general, if you make a purchase and are afraid of being scammed, before buying, write to support and say that you already have a problem (that you're worried about), and watch their reaction; they have no idea that you haven't bought anything yet.
