I can't speak for the whole world, but in Turkey, the card worked perfectly. I booked accommodation through Booking, paid in stores, cafes, taxis, and other places using my phone. I never encountered any problems. I topped up my balance in advance in Russia, and it takes about a minute for the funds to be credited. The card itself can be quickly issued; no passport details are needed, and the process takes place in Telegram through a bot. There is a fee for opening the card and markup when topping up and making payments. So, you will have to pay for the convenience. Nevertheless, it is still more cost-effective and convenient than using local exchange services or trying to get a full-fledged bank card somewhere else.
