I notice that most reviews about this affiliate program start with praise, but I will begin with criticism. Not all the offers listed on their website actually work. The site features about 20 offers, but only around half of them are actually functional. I found this out only from the manager after registering. It would be nice if this information were posted somewhere to avoid misleading people. I came to the affiliate program with a specific interest in the veterinary vertical, but it turns out that it doesn't work. To be honest, my impressions are not the best. Fortunately, two other verticals turned out to be active and suited me, but if someone is focused on one direction and it’s not available, it immediately creates a negative start. I'm glad that the support and manager were able to compensate for all this. Responses come quickly and are informative; there’s no need to drag out every word or wait a long time for them to check with more competent colleagues. Many services operating only in Russia suffer from hiring incompetent managers who can only send template messages. Here, at least my manager was very responsive and proactive, answering all my questions in 15 minutes, for which I am very grateful. However, the website does need to be updated. Additionally, there is no complete list of all cities on the site, and prices are only indicated approximately for leads. You can only fully familiarize yourself with them after registering in the personal account. I understand that information can change, but it would be good to update it at least once a month. Or the manager could send complete data before registration so that I would know if it’s worth spending time on this. Everything else works well. The tools function as stated, leads enter the system instantly, the call center and operators work reliably, and there have been no issues with the communication line. Funds also arrive on time, without delays. But these issues with information are a bit annoying. The affiliate program has a table of offers where information about cities and the number of leads that can be uploaded is updated daily. However, it only updates once a day, and by the time you wait for that... The manager comes to the rescue again, but automating this process would speed up the work. The affiliate program is decent, but I can only recommend it to those who are ready for communication and receiving information manually. Personally, I couldn't just press two buttons and start earning, as many say. I lacked data for initial analysis, so I’m lowering my average rating. Everything else is fine; I have no questions about the technical execution of the personal account and the work of the staff – they handle the programmers' shortcomings well. Therefore, those who are already knowledgeable in the niche will find it interesting, while newcomers should first call the number on the site and request all the information before deciding to start working. If they update the information and take my comments into account, it could become an excellent product, but for now, I’m giving it only an average rating.
