Additionally, technical support is free only for the first six months, after which it becomes paid – 7495 rubles per year for Enterprise and 12495 rubles for Pro 1C. This service does not operate on weekends, and on weekdays it is only available from 10 AM to 6 PM. I could have given a five for the functionality and features, but due to the slow and paid technical support, I am giving it a 4.
