As an SEO specialist, I work with an online store on PHPShop and often reach out to technical support with various questions. The responses come quickly. Although not all code changes are made for free, this is not included in the standard license. I'm leaving a review based on my recent experience. I ordered paid changes, and they were successfully implemented. Later, I deleted part of the code and was only able to restore the backup up to the point before the changes were made. I contacted support asking them to reapply the changes and, if necessary, to issue an invoice. They did this for free, under the old invoice. I am very grateful for their help. P.S.
