I decided to participate in the promotion of selling NFTs for 1 cent and invested 2 dollars, after which I successfully bought a token. After a week or two, I wanted to buy a couple more NFTs from this collection since they were inexpensive and had growth potential. I added another 20 dollars and conducted the transaction through EOS, as there were low fees. During the transfer, the token price unexpectedly rose, which brought me an additional profit of 2 dollars and made me happy... But my joy was premature. When I tried to make the purchase, I encountered the error "Risk account restricted." Online support informed me that they would check everything and I should wait for an email. The email stated that due to a violation of the terms of service, my account would be blocked, and I would not be able to make transactions. I was offered to close all open positions and request a withdrawal of funds, following the instructions. I was in shock and asked what exactly I had violated. Support replied that they did not have access to such information and suggested I write to customer support. I explained that I had only one account, without any deceit or proxy. The next day, they simply repeated the first email. I responded, asking which specific clause of the agreement I had violated. I waited another day, and ultimately received a message stating that they could not disclose the exact reasons for the restriction. This is just absurd. They blocked my account without explaining the reason, citing their "terms of use." This is pure fraud. I understand that they don't care about my intentions to buy NFTs; they just saw that I started making a profit due to the rise of a couple of USDT/EOS and decided to block me. I am sure their "secret reasons" can justify any fraud—any income over 15% of the initial amount—and there you go, a ban, because they are afraid of not fulfilling their obligations.
