I had created companies (projects) to track positions. Everything was working fine, and I was monitoring the process. But suddenly I logged in and found that all the projects had disappeared. I spent two days writing to customer support. On the first day, they pretended not to understand "Which projects?", and on the second time I asked (I didn't get a response the first time), they just disappeared. I would prefer to use seranking rather than this company.
