People ????????????????? the service is just *****! And they advertise such things on TV in Ukraine... it's just beyond comprehension. Damn... I just can't understand: the beginning is like a bank (figuratively) that doesn't know how to launder money in any other way, with **a even worse. The service is non-existent. They completely consider people as *****s.

I join these two reviews about this terrible bank!!
- I'll add more!!! It's impossible to get through to the operators!!! And if you do get through, all you hear is rudeness from them (AND IT'S NOT SURPRISING, EVERY TIME YOU GO INTO ANY BRANCH OF THIS BANK, YOU SEE ONLY YOUNG, COMPLETELY IMMATURE, UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES. APPARENTLY - STUDENTS WITH POOR GRADES!!!)
- OTP Bank reeks of LIES, with unjustified, made-up fines from who knows where, they deceive you with minimal payments, they deceive you with interest... I HAVE NO WORDS, I AM OUTRAGED, they need to be destroyed!!!
DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THEM, PEOPLE, THIS IS A BAD BANK!!!
Since going to court is useless, we need to do it differently: in newspapers, on the radio, in magazines, posters around the cities "OTP Bank, A DISGUSTING BANK!!!"

Probably the worst bank. Two years ago, I closed a credit card that they themselves opened when I received the loan, and they still send me letters and spam texts. They justify this by saying that there are 7 rubles left in my account, and therefore it is not fully closed. The only way to withdraw those 7 rubles is to transfer them to an account in their bank; if I transfer to another bank, the fee will be 100 rubles. I do not recommend dealing with this bank to anyone.
