I have been participating in this project since 2012, and at first, everything was quite good: surveys came frequently, and points were credited immediately after completion. But it seems the administration decided that honest payment wasn't the best option and introduced a "forget or remember" system. Since 2015, points for surveys have only been credited after 2 weeks or even 2 months, and completed surveys disappeared from the list. If you don't remember having completed a survey, that's no longer their problem. And now there's a new "feature": sometimes, after completing long surveys, you encounter an error on the site, and all your efforts go to waste. Support simply ignores the problems. The site has clearly deteriorated.
