I found the only place that offers a good course on developing mini-apps for VKontakte. However, at first, they spent a long time explaining how to create applications in general, and I started to think that the course was only nominally related to VK mini-apps. But in the end, we did get to that topic. As a result, I was satisfied and got exactly what I was looking for. Now I have a good understanding of the subject.
