I have been using Mukh for several years now, and this exchange has proven to be a reliable service. It would be great if they added more types of cryptocurrencies. The selection in fiat directions is impressive – cards, banks, wallets, mobile operators. The only thing missing is cash, but it seems they only operate online, without an office. Exchanges happen around the clock, and the speed depends on the direction. With cryptocurrency, it usually takes longer since you have to wait for confirmations (for example, Bitcoin requires two confirmations), which can take 15-20 minutes. But then the money is sent instantly. On average, the exchange takes me about 15 minutes, sometimes a bit longer. I've never waited a whole day for money. I also haven't needed to contact support; all exchanges go smoothly, and I receive the full amount minus the fee indicated in the calculator. Overall, the exchange works honestly and quickly.
