I implemented MyReviews in my salon, and the service is just excellent – for 179 rubles a month, it helps me get more reviews, monitor them on maps, and respond quickly. I didn't opt for the more expensive plan because I only need reviews from Yandex.Maps, Google Maps, 2GIS, Zoon, and Yell. I'm not registered on other platforms, so I don't see the point in paying for them. Now I receive notifications about all reviews on the listed sites and can respond promptly. I also use a QR code that I placed on business cards and at the reception desk, which has led to clients leaving their reviews more often. By scanning the code, clients can choose the site for their review and share their opinion. If the rating is low, the review comes to me first, and I try to resolve the issue with the client directly.
