There are very strange circumstances associated with this organization. My story is as follows. I directed traffic to Tinkoff Black debit cards. For testing, I spent amount "X" and received payout "Y." Then I doubled the amount "X," and the traffic and applications increased twofold, but the payout remained the same — "Y." The same thing happened a third time. This is clearly abnormal. When you increase the budget several times, the clicks and applications grow, but the payouts do not change. Then I contacted HR. I should note that this area in the partnership program looks extremely "murky." There was real chaos going on. There were many applications and registrations, but almost no payouts. Out of 200 applications, only 2 people supposedly got hired. This is complete nonsense. One time, I was credited 20,000 rubles for a Yandex courier, and I was happy, but then they informed me that it was a mistake and recalculated. You will never be able to earn on HR offers. They don't control whether a person got hired or not by even one percent, or they are just deceiving. Guys, it's better to invest your money in other areas — that's my advice.
