I purchased a beader that doesn't function as promised. I spent extra money on advertising and the service itself. They didn't investigate the problem, didn't refund my money, and the video instructions don't match the current state (clearly recorded a long time ago). In the end, I just lost money on something unclear. It's better to set everything up manually; it's much more effective.

We fell for the low price compared to other services. The support is terrible, responding once a day and doing so in a template manner, showing no interest in helping — their main goal is to make a sale. When you sign up for a consultation about the service, it turns out you need to prepare questions in advance; only then can you get assistance. They can't even provide a simple demonstration, which says a lot about the qualifications of the managers. And as the cherry on top, they don't refund money if we paid for a year but only used their service for a week (or rather, tried to figure it out for a week). It's better to steer clear of MP Manager!

I've been using this service for two months now, having come from a well-known competitor. Overall, everything is fine. Reading other reviews, I was surprised that some expect to get a complete setup and the functioning of complex tools offered by the service just by clicking two buttons. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. I spent some time learning, and I also received help from the managers during a meeting — in the end, I managed to set everything up, and now I just maintain the results I've achieved.

As a manager who oversees six stores, I can say the following. I sincerely recommend MP Manager to all my clients. It’s truly a find if you want to stay updated on advertising and prices. Of course, there are some aspects you’ll need to get used to, but it’s worth it. Additionally, advertising becomes much easier. You don’t have to guess which campaign will work and which won’t. MP Manager provides a clear understanding of what is effective and what isn’t. Overall, if you want to earn on WB under current conditions, I definitely recommend it! And the referral program is like the cherry on top.

I sell on WB and Ozon myself, and I also help several clients with their stores on these platforms. I found the service by chance while browsing different options until I stumbled upon it. At first, the price caught my attention, but in the end, it turned out to be really great! I have the "All WB" and "OZ" plans connected for all my stores, and they offered a nice discount for bulk purchases. I actively use advertising, internal analytics, and the CEO module. Everything is satisfactory, thank you to the team for such a wonderful product.

I have been using the solution from MP Manager for my stores on WB and Ozon, where I sell medical clothing, for about a year now. The bidder helps me a lot — it automates bids and keyword management. The repricer is simply excellent: I set the rules once, and it works flawlessly. We receive about 100–150 reviews a day, and the managers don’t spend a minute on this routine work.

There are almost no pros, and plenty of cons — the repricer leads to losses, it can easily cut the price in half, and the support team just shrugs, claiming that these are changes on Ozon's side — we have nothing to do with it. So who is responsible then? Why create a service if you don't want to take responsibility for it? Once, I extended my subscription, and instead of a month, I accidentally paid for a whole year; they refused to refund — the attitude towards customers is obvious, and I hope that with such an approach, all of this will end soon.
