I've been using Beeline for a long time and was satisfied until a certain point. A couple of months ago, a Beeline operator called me and offered to switch to a plan that was exactly the same, but with free mobile internet, while the subscription fee would remain the same at 1100. I was surprised to find out that this subscription fee is temporary and only lasts for a year, after which it will increase by 30%. When they called me and offered to switch to another plan, they didn't warn me that it was temporary, and I concluded that I was misled for their own benefit. I reached out regarding slow internet in the evening, and they told me that it was a problem affecting the whole country and that they couldn't help me. So, I pay the full amount but don't receive proper home internet. I suggested they make a recalculation for the incomplete service I receive, to which I was told that they don't do recalculations because it's a nationwide problem. I'm very dissatisfied with the services of this mobile operator and will have to look for better conditions with other operators.
