It's interesting why many companies refuse to help a person when that person (meaning me) doesn't have enough money for even the most modest funeral. Mosguprital answered this question very clearly - companies should not refuse. They should help a PERSON, not a CLIENT. Here, in this company, there are PEOPLE working, not MONEY EXTRACTORS!!!
