In a nutshell, it's convenient and reliable. However, I always keep my finger on the pulse, especially since it's easier to do this through the app: I assign tasks to the business assistant, and he distributes them among the performers based on their specialties (for example, the HR specialist handles employee onboarding). In the app, you can see the status of tasks, but there's no need to constantly monitor them; in two years of working with "My Business," there have been no missed deadlines. Moreover, everything is completed significantly before the deadline. I can't say it's completely inexpensive, but for my money, I get excellent results, especially considering that legal services (which I use regularly) are also included in the price.
