I purchased the service some time ago and, to get straight to the point, I can say that I haven't encountered any problems. They assisted me with issuing an electronic signature, provided consultation on submitting reports, forming primary documents, and overall taught me how to use the service. Right now, a new reform is approaching, and I will likely not be able to meet the new revenue limits and will lose my patent. I will probably have to switch to a simplified tax system. Once again, the service proved to be excellent – I took advantage of their accounting consultation, where they explained in detail what to do, when, and why. They also promised to help with the transition to another regime if I can't maintain my patent. I was once again convinced that I ended up in the right, customer-oriented place. I recommend it to everyone.
