They are definitely monopolists. There are no alternatives, so I have to use their services. Every day the service lags, works slowly, and the support responds with memorized phrases like "it's your fault, clear the cache." NOT ONCE have they helped with ANY issue. The module for social networks is significantly worse than that of competitors. If you have the option to avoid this, you're lucky.
