I liked this tool for its wide range of sources and quick data collection. It's nice that personal managers provide support. The set of charts and filters is quite adequate, and it has its own metrics, MediaIndex and SM Index. However, it lacks customizable dashboards and social demographics when creating reports. Telegram is tracked excellently, and logos are recognized. Sentiment analysis works with some inaccuracies, but manual tagging through automatic rules significantly simplifies the process. The mobile version has high functionality. Overall, I recommend it.
