We often drop by MIST 2.0 with friends for hookahs. It may not be the cheapest hookah place in Oskol, but in my opinion, it's the best. Cozy spots for a small group, everything is limited in terms of noise, it feels kind of homey, and at the same time, everything looks luxurious...
