There's no information about delivery times: over the phone (I spoke with Anton Savchenko), I was told that the order would arrive next week, but they can't guarantee anything, so I might have to wait 2-3 weeks. The working hours are unclear: on Saturday, when everyone else was working before the holidays, they were closed. They might not answer the phone for entire days, and they respond to emails as if customers owe them something. There are no contact details for the director to file a complaint and report the situation; it seems that only one person—Anton Savchenko—handles all issues.
