If I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't continue working here)) Now it's not my main source of income, but rather a way to maintain my skills, and I don't want to let my regular clients down. As for drawbacks? I haven't noticed any. There have been some contentious situations with clients, and we turned to arbitration, with decisions being made in both their favor and mine, so there's no reason to talk about bias. Editors? Yes, sometimes there are particularly persistent ones (probably newcomers) who send work back for revisions. There was a case when an editor "overlooked" the fact that the title and the name were different and returned it twice requesting changes. We are all human, and everyone makes mistakes. We don't always agree with the editors' assessments, and their corrections don't always please us. But we are not perfect either)) As for payment, yes, it could be higher here. ;) So I would give it a "5-", but that rating doesn't exist))
