I don't have much experience working with such exchanges; this is my first experience. But I like it. The webmasters are reasonable, respond to personal messages, and fix all the necessary issues. Only one refused, but that's not critical. The only downside is that you can't upload your own images. You have to upload them to a site first, copy the link, and so on. It's inconvenient.
