I wanted to order promotion on this site, but when I placed the order, they requested a prepayment. I transferred 2840 rubles. After that, they refused to promote my project. When I asked for a refund, I only got back 2480 rubles. In the end, this is just a scam, I do not recommend reaching out to them.
