The website looks hastily put together - clearly a cheap design. But that's not the main issue; the main problem is that this site http://metal-t.ru/ sells rebar that is either used or improperly stored, all rusty. Moreover, they deceive customers; we ordered 14mm diameter and they delivered 10mm instead. The customer deception is real. It's impossible to reach the director by phone, and the warehouse addresses are fake!
