My team has been using Megaplan for about 6-7 years now. During this time, we have encountered various situations while working with the system. Some updates, in my opinion, were unsuccessful, and a couple of years ago, there were annoying website "crashes" and slow performance (but now, thank goodness, everything is fine). We tried to replace Megaplan with other solutions, but in the end, we stuck with it. Mainly because we haven't found an ideal system yet (everyone has their downsides), and Megaplan generally handles the tasks at hand. Additionally, they probably have the most user-friendly interface. This significantly simplifies the process when new employees join the team. Usually, they quickly get the hang of working on the site. Currently, we are on the "Collaborative Work+" plan (this is a plan without a CRM system, the modules of which we don't need and have never used). My experience specifically pertains to this part of Megaplan, so I can't comment on the CRM and IP telephony. The screenshot shows which modules are connected to our plan, and I highlighted how many tasks I had over these years! I was a bit surprised myself.
