If you want to create a website, you'll definitely face the choice of where to host it, ensuring that you can also purchase a domain name and have support for modern scripts. I recommend http://megahoster.net/ - all services in one place, and the prices are just delightful - you can even get a discount. Special thanks should go to the support team - almost lightning-fast response to inquiries and immediate problem resolution. During registration, you can choose servers in Europe, America, or Asia - you take what you need.
