A simple minimalist website without unnecessary features, designed for finding free high-resolution textures - I use it quite often for work and recommend it to others. The author has gathered a really substantial database, and there are no blatantly mediocre ugly samples, which are abundant on the internet. Concrete, brickwork, wood, etc., there's plenty of all that here. The site has a bit of advertising, but it's just in the form of side images and doesn't interfere at all. If you're looking for free textures, I recommend keeping this resource in mind.
