The exchange speed is one of the best — I was able to exchange BTC for Sberbank in 15 minutes, which I consider an excellent result. Additionally, the absence of fees is very important to me; I don't want to lose almost 20% of my funds, as often happens with other exchangers. The only downside is that after the money is credited to the account, I need to notify customer support about the transfer, which requires having a computer on hand. But these are minor inconveniences; I continue to exchange only here.
