This is just terrible. To transfer money from the phone to the card, you have to spend an entire day searching for your funds, which are deducted from the account without waiting for the SMS code to be entered. If the SMS doesn't arrive, they suggest waiting a day for the funds to be returned. And it goes on like this indefinitely. Either they suggest coming back later, or the service is completely unavailable. They don't provide proper answers over the phone. Communication in the chat drags on. Pure scammers.
