I ask a question about a refund, and they immediately block my account, while support responds inadequately and with mistakes. Overall, it's a shady operation! They delete the correspondence and blacklist you, but I saved screenshots. Scammers! I do not recommend this service; they have regular school kids working there who don't know Russian and respond with errors!
