Rukassa, also known as the domain ruks.me, has a certificate from Let's Encrypt. This is a real scam, deception, and fraud. When choosing any payment method, you are simply asked to transfer money to a phone number. This same method is used by the scam bot Dyxless in Telegram. It supposedly claims to be an alternative to GB, and I highly recommend not clicking on any links or making any payments.
