I decided to use this company's services for mailing. I did a trial run, and everything went well. Then I decided to purchase a monthly package, called customer support, and asked what I needed to do to get started. I was told that I only needed to confirm my database, and no further information was provided. I bought the package, prepared the mailing, but it wouldn't send. I started to investigate the reason, and it turned out that I needed to confirm the domain, hosting, and so on. There was a technical problem that made this impossible. I asked for a refund, but they told me it was impossible according to their offer, which you will never see when you make a purchase! You can only see it in your personal account after a long search. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this company; it's a very convenient scam to avoid returning money that you cannot use for reasons beyond your control.
