I first encountered communication through an online consultant last year when I was choosing a gift for my husband - he's an angler, and I ordered a fishing rod and a bunch of related items from an online store. Some time ago, we were selecting a service for our work website, and I remembered my conversation and checked what was actually on the website of that store. We decided to test the program, and a week has passed - and already the inquiries through it have exceeded phone calls. The interface is very convenient, and I particularly appreciate that the program installs on the operating system, so it is not dependent on the browser's performance in any way.
