I am satisfied with the service. I really like the automation — there's no need to monitor placements myself, the system shows everything. Good tech support, they respond quickly. Regarding traffic: after purchasing crowd links, positions for many queries started to rise.
As for the downsides:
Slow purchasing (sometimes you wait 2-3 weeks for the order to be fully completed).
No choice of link types (I would like more control).
Some links drop off, although there is a replacement guarantee, but it is a bit nerve-wracking.
If you have some time to spare, go for it; the price/quality ratio (with the condition of replacing defects) is quite satisfactory.
