Pros: 1. Simplicity. LedFeed is not overloaded with unnecessary features and focuses on working with comments. I use the service for new subscriber outreach, for all dialogues, and for pre-prepared message templates. It's convenient that you can reply to comments directly in the DMs and vice versa. They recently added an auto-responder. 2. Integrations. Of all the available options, I only need the integration with Telegram. This is very convenient, as I can see all comments and messages in one feed in Telegram, and I often reply from there. 3. Technical support. It really works and helps at any time - in the morning, during the day, and even late at night. The service rarely malfunctions, and 99.9% of problems arise due to changes from Instagram, but they are resolved quickly. 4. Development. The service is constantly being updated, new features are being added, and old ones are being improved. What I would like to see more: 1. I miss the comment tree under posts, like on Facebook, to see the entire thread of replies. This is very necessary in complex dialogues; otherwise, I have to manually check Instagram. 2. I would like to receive notifications in Telegram about various events, such as when the subscription to the service is about to expire or when there is a failure to connect to the IG account.
