I already knew that Lavoo produces original handmade hookahs and had previously tried ordering an interesting floor hookah from the USA. But I discovered the website lavoo.ru, the official representative of Lavoo in Russia. Here, there is almost the same large selection of hookahs as on the American site, but the price of the hookah is "several times" lower due to reduced shipping costs.
The website does not offer the usual shopping cart or online ordering button that users of online stores are accustomed to. You can only browse the appearance of different hookahs and read their descriptions. To buy in your city, you will need to contact a dealer, a complete list of which is provided on the site. Then you negotiate delivery, payment, and other purchase details with the dealer.
However, the site is a great alternative to similar platforms. First of all, there is a wonderful selection of handmade hookahs. The transparent body made of super-strong borosilicate glass allows you to observe the whimsical shapes of the rising smoke. And the strength of the glass makes it possible to take the hookah with you on trips – to the mountains or to the lake.
I should also note that the site has a good selection of premium tobacco series with varying strengths. There are both classic types of tobacco leaves and strong ones for avid hookah enthusiasts.
