Fortunately, I've been lucky in this regard, and I can't say anything bad. The online store has fitting options, which is very convenient, especially when buying shoes. I've never ordered shoes blindly; I always try them on first. I receive them, try them on, and if everything is fine, I pay; if not, I return them, and that's it. I never would have thought that I would order shoes online; it seemed terrifying to me. But my main purchases are still clothing, which I can easily select on the website, order without trying on, and without any worries that it won't fit, as I've long determined my size at La Redoute. For extra reassurance, I do check the reviews on the site to be more confident in my choice, but I haven't had any misses for a long time. Now I'm already thinking about updating my spring wardrobe since I checked the site yesterday and saw a clearance sale, and I’m really excited to order something new, a bunch of new things from La Redoute.
