I will say right away that the site is very good and functional (for work). We worked with Lardi-Trans (ua, Luhansk) for about 5 years, on a paid basis. Everything was fine, but whether the crisis affected people or something else, recently (in the last 1.5-2 years) there have been requests from people and companies on the site that do not want to pay for the work done. When submitting announcements on the site about the "insolvency" of a specific company or entrepreneur (usually a private individual, who is also the director and owner of the company), to warn fellow carriers, you get accused of "not matching the theme of the announcement" and get blocked. On one hand, they hinder full-fledged work despite the fact that services are paid in full and for a long period in advance; on the other hand, they allow scammers to continue operating and not pay carriers for their work. To resolve the issue, they don't bother - it's easier to hang up. It seems that scammers pay more kickbacks than the site's clients, and Lardi likes that? Contacting support yielded nothing; they just hung up. (It's generally hard to get through, and even harder to reach an adequate and knowledgeable operator - a "trivial" question: to remove our review - five calls, three different operators. Only the third one helped, and it took 10 seconds. Four! long-distance calls - that's money down the drain, guys.). We personally had three similar "scamming" episodes, one was already closed through the court - we got our money back, but two are still pending, there's no money, and the "boys" continue to work thanks to Lardi-Trans's protection. I'm disappointed!
