I sent coins from Binance to KuCoin, but they didn't arrive, even though the transaction was successful. I'm trying to resolve the issue in the chat, but when my turn comes, the connection drops, and I have to wait again. In the end, on my third attempt, I was able to contact support. I got the impression that this is done intentionally. I paid them 30 USDT to get my coins back. So far, no news.
