I ordered a bed, a family option, a double one. I didn't search for long; I was just advised that there was a cheaper option available. The offers were tempting, but initially, the prices shocked me—they were very low. However, it turned out that the prices listed on the website were for the narrowest bed option. So, I adjusted the settings and saw the real prices. Overall, the prices are indeed lower, but I was especially pleased with the prices for mattresses. They are also tailored to the size of the bed, but here the savings compared to retail prices are from 6 thousand and more, depending on the quality of the mattress. I chose a medium mattress with independent springs and a good cover; my weight allows it. For those who don't know how to choose a mattress—read the manuals, otherwise, your mattress will cost a lot and won't last long. I'm all for independent springs because memory foam mattresses made of plastics are complete nonsense; they cause terrible back pain, and constantly having to flip them back and forth is just annoying. It's really not something women can handle, so I had to deal with it. Had to. Now I won't have to think about it, so go for the independent springs.
What else can I say about the Letto Beds website? All the phone numbers are available, they always answer during working hours, and when I called outside of those hours, they called me back the next day. They deliver quite quickly; our bed was set up in 5-6 days, delivered to the entrance for free. After that, I had to get my wallet out—lifting the bed and assembly are paid services. But at least it’s fast.
