Negative review!
I ordered a batch of trays for sealing to Simferopol. They sent it via PEC.
A week later, I received a text from PEC saying that the cargo had arrived and was waiting for me in Yalta.
Why do I need the cargo in Yalta? The shipping managers made a mistake, which is now resulting in serious losses and unpleasant conversations with clients due to production downtime.
As a result, the trays are taking a week from Moscow and another week from Yalta to Simferopol ONLY BECAUSE the managers at KraisPak are completely incompetent.
I tried to call them and tell them they were wrong, and in response, I heard from manager Maria that she doesn't handle shipments, and from another manager (I didn't catch the name) that she is NOT responsible for transport companies.
She doesn't take responsibility, you understand? This is ENTIRELY their fault, which they had NO intention of fixing.
I do not recommend working with them. They wasted a lot of my time and nerves.
