KOLIBRItade (kolibritrade.com) is yet another scam created by the old con artist Mikhail Hertz. His previous scams include Astralbit (astralbit.com), EFOBS (efobs.biz), and EFOBSplanet (efobsplanet.com), all of which are now defunct. As you can see, he periodically changes the name of his establishment, and he has even changed his own name (his real name was Sergey Gildenfun). Apparently, this is to make it harder for people to find information about how his past schemes ended.
The essence of the scam: Hertz offers to buy supposedly shares of promising companies at a low price, promising that they will increase in value, and that there will be high dividends and so on. In reality, he couldn't even be bothered to register some of the companies (like “EFOBSplanet” and “Project Financing Bureau”), but the site lied, claiming that registration had long been established and that shares could already be purchased. Almost nothing is known about the actual activities of the others. The prospects of the third are dubious. All companies that were registered by the fall of 2017 were established by the Hertz-controlled MPO “EFI-RA,” meaning he likely set them up himself but pretends that each one is an independent, standalone business.
Hertz scammed investors in the previous project (efobsplanet.com), telling them that the money in their accounts had depreciated a thousand times, that it couldn't be withdrawn, and that they could only buy "shares" at an inflated price and transfer them to a new "exchange." Most likely, the participants in the new project will be scammed as well. People will invest money and receive back worthless pieces of paper (“shares” that are worth nothing, even if they have formal registration).
